Conditions when using KAREN!
- Dp 50% at the time of booking (Dp is not refundable if there is a cancellation)
- Rescheduling can be done 1X 2 weeks in advance
- Exceeding the rental time, the additional rate is 10% of the hourly car rental price
- However, if more than 5 hours are added, it is applied as the Full day price.
- Toll Fees (we will collect the receipt for each trip, and collect will be done at the end of the trip)
- Please note that smoking and eating are prohibited while in the car
- Damage to the car caused by the customer will be subject to compensation for replacement costs
- Please take care and keep all car facilities/accessories back in their place.
- Refunds are not supported in cases of road closure or sudden closure of attractions due to government policies, please check with the customer before booking.
- Immediately contact the management if you experience discomfort during driving or if there are problems that need to be used and suggestions We will follow up.
